Recently, Cabinet has approved 35 Hectares of land transfer for setting up the new Diplomatic Center for the Urban Development Ministry. Diplomatic Center would be useful for accommodating the International Organizations as well as many Foreign Missions.

In fact, Foreign Affairs Department requested that for 2 years DDA must keep the property rate unchanged.
The DDA agreed to give a piece of Land for the development office at the lowest cost of 1 rupee. All the issues have been resolved in recent times.Share This
